Okay, we have received some feedback regarding this particular poll and I think it might serve us well to let you all know that we are aware that:
1) Erin Brockovich is a real person.
2) Though Erin Brockovich is now a very well-known attorney, during the events portrayed in the film she was employed as a file clerk.
3) Elle Woods, though fictional, was not an attorney during the first film in the series. She was but a lowly first-year law student at the time. We thought our disclaimer in the poll covered that.
